Job Description: Responsible for the management of the project's summer directors and their high quality digital media presentations on the historical legacy and contributions of early African American communities in the nation's capital dating back to the 1700's.


Sharnita James:        Director of Multimedia Digital Platform

Oversees the overall multimedia and digital production of  ISAW! DC youths' summer research for a global audience on I SAW! DC's digital platform. Responsible for the production of a thought provoking historical documentary video on a digital platform for social media to promote the visibility of the youth led research project. Assist the Director of  Digital Media Network responsibilities. 

Khari Eyen Zame Johnson:  Chief Research Investigator

Founder of research project. Edits video presentations and multimedia video documentary. Oversees scope of its research content to guide the research process for team members. Serves as research adviser as well as investigates primary sources and archival records.  Curates research archives and aids team members in using source material. Ensure content accurately reflects aim of research.  Conducts ongoing research and works with mentors who are historians related to project area.  Represents historical context and content of project to a global community. Writes and presents research.
